HTC is reportedly preparing for the first quad-core smartphone, HTC board.

According to PocketNow, who claims to have leaked images of the device in view of the alleged boast three Tegra processors, packing a great four 1.5GHz processors.

2 Tegra processor from Intel, currently living in the most powerful Android phones on the market and has two 1.5 GHz chips, and quad-core would be a huge improvement.

HTC board would have a 4.7-inch HD display, 1 GB of RAM and an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash, put it up there with the top specced Android devices.

MWC debut?

The first quad-core phones are expected in early 2012, so it would be a reasonable assumption to expect this device to appear at the Mobile World Congress in just three months time.

Since the period of time, it is likely that any new version of HTC's packaging happens again operating system Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.

Nvidia Tegra processor into Android phones 2 is primarily more of a competitor in terms of gameplay and graphical capabilities.

Quad-core mobile phones would allow users of Google's operating system to experience even more iPhone OS-like games that require a lot of power, and pay more tools in the hands of developers.
