HP announced that it will continue to make PC Thursday, but the division long-suffering WebOS will be officially arrested, according to The Guardian.

As yesterday's announcement, the company officially stating that the future of the operating system has been solved, but the Guardian understands the end of the road is imminent.

The total abandonment of WebOS, which is paused after the HP TouchPad fiasco, could lead to the loss of nearly 500 jobs.

One of HP employees, working for the division WebOS said, "is 95% chance we have, we all have been laid off between now and November, and I for one think it's the best."
