RIM has told developers to get ready for two new BlackBerry smartphone handsets, theBlackBerry Curve Touch 9380 and the BlackBerry Bold 9790, codenamed Bellagio.
In a post on the BlackBerry Developers’ blog, RIM details the two phones in order to let developers get ready for the new screen sizes and resolutions.
The BlackBerry CurveTouch 9380 will offer a 3.2-inch all-touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 360.

The BlackBerry Bold 9790 (aka Bellagio), meanwhile, comes with a keyboard as well as a 2.4-inch touchscreen. It’s rocking the same 480 x 360 resolution as its fraternal twin.
Both upcoming handsets will launch with BlackBerry OS 7, and RIM notes that apps made for the BlackBerry Torch 9800 handset should port easily with no changes required.
No clues in the blog post as to when the handsets will officially launch, but if RIM’s going so public with these screen specs, we can’t imagine it’ll be far off.
