If you don't mind signing up to a 24-month contract for one of 2010′s Android phones, there's a pretty good deal on at Carphone Warehouse at the moment. It's offering the Galaxy S “free” on a 24-month Vodafone contract, and unlike most bargain basement deals this one actually includes some mobile data – albeit only 250MB of it. You also get 100 calling minutes and 500 text messages, if you still communicate verbally. It's a perfectly usable Galaxy S for only £20 a month. Six months ago this price would've been a distant fantasy.
